By scheduling or using our services—including real estate photography, videography, floor plans, 3D tours, virtual twilights, virtual staging, and community photography—you agree to the following Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Our mission is to provide clear, reliable, and professional communication while protecting your privacy and delivering high-quality creative results throughout Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.
Scheduling
All bookings may be made online or by phone. We recommend using our online booking portal for real-time availability. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If no suitable time is available, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule. Our photographers generally arrive about 10 minutes early; however, traffic and prior appointments may cause slight delays. If that occurs, we’ll contact you right away.
We understand that plans can change. You may reschedule or cancel your appointment without any charge if done at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 10% fee of the total price. If canceled or rescheduled after the scheduled appointment start time, 50% of the total price will be charged. This policy ensures that our creative professionals’ time is respected and helps maintain scheduling efficiency.
Communication & Support Hours
We are available for support during the following hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST Requests received outside of these hours will be processed the next business day. If last-minute adjustments are needed, we’ll always do our best to accommodate you.
If you are outside of our standard service area, travel fees may apply. Packages over $300 will have the travel fee automatically waived..
Trendy Photographic LLC retains ownership and copyright to all media produced. Clients receive a non-transferable license to use photos, videos, and other deliverables for the active marketing of the specific listing for which the media was created. Clients may use Trendy Photographic content to promote themselves as agents. However, media cannot be sold, transferred, or shared with third parties without written permission.
Note: Trendy Photographic LLC does not currently offer drone services. While drone operations are legally permitted in certain parts of Maryland and Virginia, we do not provide drone photography or videography at this time.
Trendy Photographic LLC respects your privacy. We collect basic client information such as name, email, phone number, and property address solely for the purpose of scheduling, delivering, and communicating about services. We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Payment information, when provided through our booking platform, is securely processed by our payment provider. While we take every precaution to deliver high-quality, professional results, Trendy Photographic LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our media. Clients are responsible for ensuring properties are photo-ready prior to the shoot. Trendy Photographic LLC is fully insured and operates within professional standards at all times.
These terms are governed by the laws of Washington, D.C. Any disputes shall be handled within the jurisdiction of D.C. courts.
